Q: What size do I need?

A: The unit size you may require can vary greatly depending on the size of furniture, or how high you can stack boxes. We recommend calling and speaking to a manager at one of our local facilities. They will be happy to assist you in determining what size will work best for you. 

Q: Do I need insurance?

A: We highly recommend insuring your items while they are in storage. Check your homeowners or renters insurance policy to see if your storage possessions are covered. If not, our onsite manager can assist you in acquiring reasonably priced self storage insurance via a third party company. 

Q: What are my monthly payment options?

We strive to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to make their monthly rent payments. We offer online payments, over the phone payments, and automatic monthly debit payments. In addition, you can send in a check or come visit us in person and pay cash. 

Q: Is there a minimum rental term?

A: The minimum rental term is one month. Beyond the one month, rentals can be prorated one time upon move out. 

Q: Will I need a lock?

A: Yes we  encourage you to bring your own lock. Alternatively we do sell locks at our facilities, as well as many other helpful moving supplies.
